Bruschetta con Crema al Tartufo
πΈ Ingredients:
Fresh baguette slices
Truffle cream Giuliano Tartufi
Cherry tomatoes β 6β8 pcs
Fresh basil
Grated Parmigiano Poggioli
Olive oil Poggioli
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
πΈ Preparation:
Slice the baguette thinly and toast in the oven or pan until golden.
Dice the cherry tomatoes and season with olive oil, salt, and basil.
Spread a thin layer of truffle cream on the toasted bread.
Top with the tomato mixture and grated Parmigiano.
Optionally, drizzle a bit of Giuliano Tartufi truffle oil on top.
Serve warm or at room temperature as an appetizer or party bite.
