Spaghetti al Tartufo con Panna
πΈ Ingredients:
Spaghetti Pastificio Liguori
Heavy cream (20%)
Truffle cream Giuliano Tartufi
Butter, salt
Optional: grated Parmigiano Poggioli
πΈ Preparation:
Cook spaghetti al dente.
In a pan, warm the cream and mix in the truffle cream.
Combine with the pasta and stir well.
Optionally, top with grated Parmigiano and serve hot.
