Ingredients:
6 small potatoes
Olive oil Poggioli
Grated Parmigiano Poggioli
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes and gently press them to flatten.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmigiano and spices.
Bake at 200Β°C for 20 minutes until golden.
